Terms of Use
What using Powderbulk means
By reading Powderbulk you accept that its articles on bulk solids, dust collection and process engineering are offered on the terms below. Continuing to browse, quote or share the pages signals that you accept them. Questions can go to [email protected].
General information, not engineering advice
Content here is general technical information and opinion. It is not professional engineering advice, a design specification or a safety assessment for your plant. Powders differ in particle size, moisture, cohesion and reactivity, and a method that suits one material may fail on another. Combustible dust, explosion protection, confined-space entry and pressure equipment carry serious hazards. Have a qualified engineer review your own process, follow applicable codes and the equipment maker’s instructions, and do not rely on an article to decide whether a system is safe to run.
Ownership of content
The text, layout and original diagrams belong to the operator or are used with permission. You may read the pages, quote brief extracts with a clear credit and share links. Republishing complete articles or using them in paid material needs written permission.
Acceptable use
Automated scraping that slows the site, attempts to get past its protections, uploads of malicious code and bulk unsolicited mail sent through our contact address are all off limits. The site must also not be used to support anything illegal. Access may be restricted where needed to protect the site and its readers.
Messages and submissions
When you send a correction, question or topic idea, you confirm you have the right to share it, including any technical details. You allow us to read it and use the idea to improve the site, with no duty to reply or publish. Please do not send confidential drawings or data.
Ads, affiliate links and outside sites
Powderbulk may carry advertising and affiliate links, which can earn the operator a commission at no added cost to you. A commission never decides what an article says about a dust collector, feeder or conveying method. Pages may point to equipment makers, standards bodies, filter and feeder suppliers or technical references. Those sites sit outside our control, so check specifications, certifications and prices on the supplier’s own page before you rely on them, as we are not responsible for their content, products or data practices.
Warranties and liability
The site is offered in its current state, with no promise that it will always be available. As far as the law allows, the operator does not promise that articles are accurate, complete or uninterrupted and is not liable for loss, downtime or damage arising from using the site or acting on its content. Mandatory legal rights that cannot be waived stay intact, as does any liability the law does not allow to be excluded.
Changes and severability
These terms or the site may change at any time, and updated terms apply once posted. If a provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
